YOGA PARTIES
(2 hours - starting at $150 for 8-10 people)
Yoga parties are a wonderful alternative, or addition, to a traditional bachelorette party, bridal or baby shower, graduation party, reunion...really any gathering you can think of.
These parties are tailored to your group's theme and interests. A sample party could include:
– learning yoga asanas (postures) and breathing techniques
– learning about meditation, and doing a relaxing guided meditation
– learning easy everyday ways to bring yoga into your life to relieve stress and rejuvenate your body, mind, and spirit.
– an introduction to aromatherapy and essential oils.
