Teal is currently accepting new students of all ages who are looking to develop any aspect of their yoga practice or to start yoga for the first time! Sessions will be tailored to fit the needs and desires of each student.

Private lessons are a wonderful way to start a yoga practice learning proper alignment and techniques, and also a great way to take your practice to the next level.

Yoga is also a powerful practice for healing your body, mind and spirit. Yoga strengthens the body, develops balance, reduces stress and makes life more fun.

Teal has extensive experience working with people of all ages and physical abilities; from individuals recovering from illness, surgery, or exhaustion to athletes striving to improve their performance and avoid injuries. Teal has worked with young children, students young of heart at the age of 92, and everyone inbetween! Come one come all!

What do I bring to my yoga session?
Our studio is fully equipped with yoga props such as chairs, blocks, straps, blankets and bolsters that will ensure safe and proper alignment, and help you get the most out of your session. We do have loner mats for your first session if you don't have one, but we highly recommend purchasing your own for home practice.

You can bring:

• Yourself in comfortable clothing.
• A yoga mat (We have them available for purchase for $20-$90.)
• Water.

A tip:
Do not eat for two hours before your yoga session. Full tummy + yoga = not blissful.

What is the cost?
$75 per one- hour session.
