    Liberate and Activate Yoga Class


    This one-hour class combines deep energetic breath work and movements inspired by Kripalu and Kundalini yoga with traditional yoga asanas (postures) designed to liberate and activate your body, mind and spirit. Fear, worry, sadness and rage are acknowledged and allowed to flow and transform into courage, self-confidence, joy and contentment.

    This class is a complete practice which ends with a restorative sivasana (relaxation/integration) and contains a gentle background music track from designed to take you to deeper levels of consciousness.

    Appropriate for all levels.

    Peaceful Pranayama


    Breathing = Peace

    Pranayama are yogic breathing exercises designed to invigorate and balance the body, mind and spirit. In this 23-minute class yoga instructor Teal Marie Fyrberg of Blissful Body Yoga leads you through three yogic breaths that will leave you feeling peaceful and refreshed: Dirgha Pranayama (three-part complete Breath), Nadi Shodhana (alternate nostril breathing) and a measured/counted breath which focuses on lengthening the exhale. Longer, more relaxed exhale = happy, relaxed body and mind.

    This is a great introduction to the foundational breathing practices of yoga and a great way to start your day, or to take a break and relax during the day.

    Progressive Relaxation 1


    This Progressive Relaxation meditation will take you to a place of complete and utter serenity. Teal's warm and meditative voice is ideal to help you get deep into a state of calm and tranquility. In this meditation Teal has you visualize a white light as it moves through your body and rids it of any and all stress and tension. Ahhhhhh!

    Sivasana Relaxation 1


    Sivasana is a posture often practiced at the end of a yoga class, but you can do this relaxing sivasana meditation any time you need to take a break and rest. Sivasana helps the body, mind and spirit to relax, integrate, and restore. This sivasana relaxation meditation will take you into a deep state of calm and is also great as a cure for insomnia.

    Sleepy Sleepy Moon


    A nighttime meditation for children of all ages.

    Children and parents often struggle with their nighttime rituals. This eight-minute meditation incorporates gentle direction, simple breathing exercises and story telling to make getting ready for bed a soothing event parents and children will look forward to. Children will fall in love with the Sleepy, Sleepy Moon and drift off to sleep feeling relaxed and safe. WARNING: Parents will fall asleep too!
